Alteration processes:Supergene alteration is attributed to weathering. Hydrothermal alteration includes pervasive cross-cutting sericitic and silicic alteration and stockworks of quartz-sericite-sulfide veins spatially associated with megascopic and smaller scale pre-existing brittle structures (Rogers and others, 1998).
